UK (Mainland) Standard:

UK (Mainland) Next Day (excluding the Highlands of Scotland):
(On orders placed Mon-Thur before 2pm *) £6.95
* Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be sent out the following Monday (Tuesday in the case of a bank holiday)
UK Isles (Northern & Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, IOW & Guernsey) Standard:
(4-5 Working Days) £6.95
Europe Standard:
(*approx 5-8 days) £17.95
USA Standard:
(*approx 8-12 days) £17.95

In the event that you are not home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left either to arrange another date or for collection (where possible).
During the check-out process, you are allowed able to leave special instructions to request for example for the parcel to be left at your neighbour's home and/or in a safe place ( please note that Big Fish Clothing cannot take responsibility if this request is made ).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - AB 31, 33-38, 44-45, 51-56, HS 1-9, IV 1-28, 30-32, 36, 40-49, 51-56, KA 27-28, KW 1-17, PA 0-38, 41-49, 60-78, PH 9-26, 30-44, 49-50, TR 1-25, ZE 1-3, PO 30-41, BT, GY, IM, JE.
When & Where does the free delivery apply? (NEXT DAY DELIVERY)
Our *Free Delivery Over £99 offer only applies within the UK Mainland. e.g England, Scotland & Wales (for the Highlands of Scotland, delivery is free but cannot be serviced next day). It does not apply to any off shores islands such as Ireland, Shetland Islands etc.
Order value must be over £99 (not including delivery) in order to take advantage of our offer.
* Exceptions to FREE Delivery
- Where items are returned for refund and the new order value falls below £99 then the appropriate delivery charge will be applied.
- Next day delivery does not apply on Fridays, as order after 2pm on Thursday will be sent out on the following Monday (Tuesday if bank holiday)
- Free delivery is not applicable in conjunction with any offers i.e sale period, discount offers, other promotions.
